Now hear this; when you get the seller's disclosure, you pore over it. Go over it with your agent, your spouse, you mom, your brother, whomever you can trust with the biggest purchase of your life.
The seller's disclosure is a legally binding document. You really need to pay a lot of attention to it to understand what issues the home you're about to purchase has. It's not to be taken lightly.
Going with an experienced real estate agent will help you understand the implications of various items on the seller's disclosure.
Create an outdoor living space as inviting as your living room

Louisville homeowners know how to celebrate spring. After a rough winter, the backyard parties we through for Derby were just as much about celebrating warm weather as watching the greatest two minutes in sports.
So, how do you create a great space for outdoor living. Consumer Reports shared some tips and I'll give you a couple highlights.
Consider an umbrella. One in a vibrant hue will add a nice touch of color to your green landscaping.
Stain or paint your deck. Spend your time outside enjoying a cold one, not sizing up chipping or worn wood.
Firepit! Okay, so it's going to be too hot for fire pits pretty soon, but they do cozy up a cool evening. You could even add culinary flair to your next get together with s'mores.
The Sound of Music. Not the movie, but think about setting up speakers outside to set the tone for the night with your favorite band.
